Returns & Refunds Policy

At FloraVerse, each item is thoughtfully made-to-order through our trusted partner, Printify. This intentional approach helps reduce waste and ensures that every product is created with care. As a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Made-to-Order Items

Because our products are produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or preference-related concerns.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing issue, or the wrong item was delivered, we’re happy to offer a replacement at no cost to you.

To request a replacement, please email us at customersupport@floraverseuk.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

If a replacement isn’t possible, we will issue a refund.


Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your package hasn’t arrived as expected:

  • Double-check that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct

  • Check with your local courier or neighbors

  • If still unresolved, reach out to us at customersupport@floraverseuk.com

Please note that FloraVerse is not responsible for shipping delays or losses due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, as production begins promptly. If you wish to cancel, please email us immediately at customersupport@floraverseuk.com.
